Connecting Touch Therapy and Wellness
Center (Connecting Touch) is a 12-year-old business that specializes in health and
wellness. Connecting Touch specializes in Massage Therapy, Reiki
treatments, Medical Acupuncture, and paraffin hand treatments. The
center has 10 massage therapists on staff, all licensed by the State
Medical Board of Ohio, to give a high
quality, therapeutic treatment.
Connecting Touch
provides a warm and inviting environment for
you to experience and let go of the hectic pace of this hurry-up
society in which we live. Whether you are injured, have
an illness or are just stressed out from everyday life, you will
walk away with a sense of peace and well-being.
Connecting Touch also has a gift shop
on the premises that offers a vast array of pampering items,
including relaxation music, bath and body products, as well as

Now Taking Appointments for Medical Acupuncture |
Dr. Shila Mathew, MD, certified in Medical
Acupuncture from McMaster University as well as from Helms
Institute in California, will soon be taking
weekend appointments
at both of our locations.
Dr. Mathew is also trained in both classical and modern
acupuncture including GTT acupuncture to treat myofascial pain,
fibromyalgia, stress, substance abuse and numerous musculoskeletal conditions.
She is a member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture and is the
medical director and co-founder of

Cuyahoga Falls Office Has a New Face |
|
Our Cuyahoga Falls Office had been undergoing
renovations recently and we are happy to announce that
these are now complete. The main change you will notice
is that we are now using the eastern entrance to the
building. We invite all of you to come and check us out
and enjoy a complimentary beverage and relax. |

“Thank You” Program |

Our biggest growth has come from our own
customers referring their friends and families to us.
So, on July 1 we started a new program in which we thank
you, our customers, for all the people you refer to us.
For each referral of a new customer, you will receive
one (1) movie ticket to a Regal Theater. Just have the
referred person let us know that you referred them, and
we will take care of the rest. (The referral is for a
massage or Reiki treatment and the person has never been
to Connecting Touch. Contact us for complete rules and
guidelines.) |

As a business owner, I know how hard it is to have a
good rewards-incentive program for employees. And how
hard it is to come up with a memorable gift for those special
clients/customers.
Consider giving massage gift certificates as a way of

Welcomes 10,000th Client!! WOW!!! |
I
have to bow to Jack and his team at Connecting Touch. They are relentless in
their pursuit of excellence and delighting customers. The fruit of their labor
showed this weekend. In Jack's own words,
"Another
huge milestone for Connecting Touch. On
Saturday, April 8, 2006 we reached our
10,000th client!!"
Notice Jack didn't say 10,000
clients. He said 10,000th client. This is a profound statement of his
philosophy. Every customer is special to him. You are not just one of 10,000;
you are the 10,001th client.
Jack had undergone surgery for
hernia last week; he had been under severe pain. But that didn't keep him away
from going to Business Showcase presented by Stow-Monroe Chamber of Commerce on
April 8-9, 2006. That is true dedication!
Everyone talks about
delighting customers. Jack truly believes in it. He inspires his team of
dedicated professionals with his example. It is truly a bunch of hyper-dedicated
