How To Print the Gift Certificate

1. Call 1-800-565-2926 and get an approval code
(Need approval code obtained from Connecting Touch Therapy and Wellness Center for validation.)

2. Select your design
Select a design from the options below. (We will more designs later. Right now we only offer classic design for medical acupuncture) Click on your selected design or a text link on the right of the design to select the style you want. This will present you a full size image that is ready to print.

3. Print your gift certificate
Use your print option in browser to print your blank gift certificate. (The printable copy may appear in a new window depending on the browser you are using.).

4. Fill in the information
Fill in the name etc. and the approval code you got from Connecting Touch. Please note that this certificate is not valid without the approval code. The approval code can only be used once. Do not give gift certificates with duplicate approval codes. It won't be accepted.

Congratulations. You are done. You can present the gift certificate to your loved one.
